All of our products are competed by hand in the UK. Every order is inspected by us before being shipped, To be sure you like our products before you buy a large amount, we offer a 1 note test order as we are unable to accept any returns and cannot refund. This is to ensure you like what you are buying, without spending a lot, because our products aren’t right for everyone. Please make sure you read the product description. If all pieces of prop money are damaged, please get in contact with us ASAP and we can try to rectify the issue. If product is not broken/major defective due to the products we sell we will be unable to issue any refund or return.
